PPE or PPO is engineering plastic that is high heat resistance, good chemicals resistance, excellent electrical insulation, excellent dimensional stability and hydrolysis resistance, very low density (Sg 1.06), and very low moisture absorption. PPE is very useful material especially for fluid engineering and applications requiring light weight or dielectric strength. PPE can blend with polyamide to increase flow, chemical resistance, and higher temperature (Tg 260c). all PPE is non halogenated FR.
